Established in 2021 Karen Irving Ceremonies is a fun, professional Independent Celebrant. Karen specialises in ceremonies involving families, whether that be children, grandparents or your beloved pets. Karen has a knack of creating a ceremony that is just perfect for you both with the right balance of laughter and tears. With more that 25 years experience in the Education Sector Karen is able to adapt ceremonies to ensure they are inclusive for all. She has built strong and trusted relationships with other suppliers and wedding venues and always seems to know who the right person, supplier or venue to recommend to you.
After an 18 month hiatus to have her youngest and last daughter Tabitha, Zoë is now back with a bang!
Previously working under ‘Inner Beauty’ & ‘Zoë Elizabeth-Rayne’, Zoë has returned under the beloved & meaningful name Milclaire Hair Academy. Since 2010 Zoë has been a recognised National & International award winning hair stylist specialising in weddings & red carpet events.
Zoë is now available to book for your event holding trials at her home in South Staffordshire and then travelling to wherever she is required, whether it be the UK or a destination abroad for your event. Producing timeless & elegant styles for ladies around the world has become a skilful art form that Zoë has nurtured for over 23yrs enabling her to become versatile & flexible but also realistic. If she believes something is not possible she will discuss this with you & give you alternatives enabling her client to be able to make an informed decision.
Now also accommodating the teaching academy she is looking to share her knowledge with those who wish to delve into occasion & event hair, this is open for everyone whether someone getting married abroad wants to learn to do their own hair or that of their bridal party, hairdressers that would like to learn more than their everyday bread & butter and anyone with an interest in hair.
The academy will be opening early 2026 & predominantly be online via chargeable, downloadable teaching videos as well as monthly subscriptions. In person classes will be offered periodically throughout the year & dependent on interest received could be held around the UK as well as South Staffordshire.
*Please note any courses or lessons undertaken although receiving a certificate will not be accredited currently.

Zoë has established herself as a professional & dedicated bridal stylist with a service that gives a flexibility salons are unable to provide, along with relevant qualifications & over 23yrs of wedding inside knowledge. Zoë prides herself on being that little bit different, providing a bespoke service that is built solely on what a bride requires without unnecessary spending, along with her creative thinking each bride is able to see her ideas come to fruition allowing her grooms breath to be taken away with her entrance.
