The First Dance Company has experienced, professional teachers working with wonderful couples across the UK throughout the year.  Whether you just want to learn a few basics, a bespoke choreographed routine or create a bridal party flash mob, we will be able to help you! Private lessons take place in the comfort of your own home (unless you would like us to arrange an alternate venue) and are schedule around your work schedules and commitments.  No request is too big or small - you choose the song and we will do the rest. We also offer hen dance parties - great fun for all involved!

Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings is a beautiful plant-filled multi-floored central London townhouse.

Everyone loves a wedding and when a couple chooses to spend their wedding day with us at Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings, it really is an honour.

Getting married at B&H couldn’t be easier. Our Clerkenwell abode is the perfect backdrop for your special day and our friendly and knowledgeable team will be on hand to take care of everything for you from the planning stage onwards, ensuring your day runs without a hitch, so you can concentrate on enjoying yourself.

The entire building can be yours for the day, which includes six distinct areas. We can host up to 110 guests for dinner or 180 guests for a reception, with all spaces boasting carefully curated interiors, lush hanging baskets and numerous windows to allow for an abundance of natural light. Each space is already romantically decorated for the occasion.

Whether you’re planning a big confetti explosion of a wedding, a cosy “just us and a handful of mates” do, or something delightfully quirky that your nan will talk about for years, I’m here to help you celebrate it your way.

I’ll get to know you, dig out those little stories that make your relationship unique, and weave them into a ceremony that’s warm, fun and full of personality. Think less “stuffy script”, more “your love story with better lighting”.

When I’m not writing ceremonies, you’ll usually find me chatting to dogs at weddings, rescuing smudged mascara with tissues, or trying not to well up before you do.
