THAT Weddings is a professional wedding photographer based in Leicester, run by Joanna. Photography style that best describes me is candid, which means I capture the authentic moments of your day – the big smiles, the tears, and all those silly expressions. Also, I’m always happy to create amazing portraits with you, with a bit more editorial look (if it’s what you wish for!). My aim is to show your individuality and focus on natural moments and most importantly, having fun. I often hear from my clients that they are camera shy.. I’m here to make you feel as comfortable as possible, that means no bossing around. I love capturing the moments when a pose breaks apart – those are often my favourite photos from a shoot because they capture something real and unique about a person or event.
I’m happy to work with you to plan any must-have shots and then work the rest of the day as it goes. I am discreet in most moments, however, my friendly approach makes me have small talk with even the shyest guests, especially the older generation. It’s what I developed in weddings – that communication is the key to get your guests’ trust and make them feel more confident in front of my camera. You’ll be able to look back at your photos and feel the joy of real moments that may have slipped away during the chaos of your wedding day.
I’m a wedding photographer based in Leicester however, I’m honoured to cover weddings all over UK and Europe.
