Your wedding ceremony should be a truly personal and bespoke occasion where you are able to express your love for each other, exchange vows and share your story with your family and friends.

Unlike church or registry office-led services, I work closely with you to write and create a ceremony that is a true reflection and celebration of your journey together. Weaving together stories, readings, music, and, if required, rituals such as lighting a unity candle so your ceremony will help set the stage for the next chapter in your life together.

I truly believe that we should personalise these moments in life, and when I conduct a ceremony along with my extensive experience, I bring my own mix of warmth, openness, calm and, if needed, humour to the occasion.

So who am I?

To say I love being a celebrant is an understatement! I feel so honoured and privileged to help a couple bring their ceremony vision to reality.  I have always had a passion for events and ceremonies and ran my own award-winning wedding and event company for many years, before moving into customer relations and event management within the performing arts sectors.

Embracing the skills and experience I had gained throughout my career, I achieved a long-held ambition to be a celebrant when I trained with the International College of Professional Celebrants.

I was recently nominated for two national celebrant awards which were truly humbling as the nominations were made by two couples I had worked with.

How much do I charge?

My fee for ceremonies in 2023 is £525​

I am now also booking into 2024 my ceremony fee is £545

What’s included? We start the process with an initial complimentary 30-minute consultation, either face to face, by phone, Zoom, Teams or FaceTime. Then if you are happy to proceed I will send you a questionnaire for both of you to fill out. Don’t worry it’s not full of hard questions, it just helps to give me a fuller picture of you as a couple and as individuals.

I then arrange a time suitable to you for a visit  (or a call depending on Covid -19 restrictions) so we get to know each other better and helps me weave together your story and understand what you would like from the ceremony.

Also included in the fee:

*Unlimited drafts of the ceremony script

​*Open communications throughout

*​Advice on choosing readings, help writing your vows and if required help choosing the ritual you would like to include.

*Ceremony rehearsal either in person at the venue if practical

​*Conducting the ceremony at your chosen venue or location. Liaising with your wedding professionals on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly during this important part of your special day.

​*You will be presented a beautiful copy of your Ceremony Script, Vow Booklets and a personalised wedding ceremony certificate.
